The study explores how culturally responsive teaching and Problem-based Learning (PBLs) have individually impacted the learning outcomes of students, while arguing for the value of combining the two frameworks into one singular approach. While the research behind this new instructional approach is necessary to support implementation, it is vital that session participants experience the level of engagement provided through this endeavor.
